a good meal prep

the deal:

. we use food as medicine so our meals will target different goals + marked so you know (think: thyroid, liver, immunity, hormones, brain, mood, protein)

. we will post menus here + on social media the monday before the order date

. we will be servicing philly + south jersey (that includes you ocean city/the mainland area)

. we will be offering delivery for a five dollar charge or you can pick it up at the store (if it doesn't let you click delivery with your address shoot us a message with your zip code so we can add it)

. you can choose from two different meal amount options

. you can add additional items on a la carte (everything in our grab + go case will be available to add on too)

. you must place your order by end of day thursday for tuesday delivery

. meals will be delivered by 2pm

. all orders must be placed thru this page
